Super friendly staff made my stay awesome

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! The staff were incredible, especially Carol and Dot at the front desk—so welcoming. The room was nice and had all the basics. It was great having free WiFi to stream some Netflix. The only bummer was the parking lot was a bit crowded on weekends.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was super spacious and pristine, making it feel like home right away! I loved the heated indoor swimming pool—it was a dream to relax in after a day of exploring nearby restaurants. The warm demeanor of the staff truly made my stay special, chatting and smiling like we were old friends!

The hotel was beautiful and smelled amazing! We loved the comfortable rooms, and being near the square in Carrollton made exploring local shops and restaurants easy. Carol and Dot at the front desk offered fantastic service that made us feel right at home.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options.

Solo traveler’s nice experience

The staff, all of them, were extremely friendly and helpful. The gym is smaller but I worked out each day after work and was able to get a great workout in.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable.

Room was super clean with great amenities like a flat-screen TV, fridge, and a coffee maker. The private bathroom had a nice shower. Had a fantastic time with friends! The pool was great for relaxing after exploring the local shops and getting ice cream. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were really comfortable. Just a heads up, you might want to check on the gym hours to avoid crowds.

One downside was the bar prices, which felt a bit steep for drinks. $13 for a Crown Royal on the rocks is hard to swallow.
